1. best lens depends on your eyes. For some people one type of lens is best and for another they are not as good. Go to an optician and ask for a contact lens test. If you go to a proper optician as against a cheap high street chain, they will work through several lenses over months (and several fluids) until ones that are comfortable and good for your eyes are found.
2. Out of the 3 options, daily disposables would be the safest & relatively the cleanest option of your eyes. There are a number of reasons for this, mainly at the end of the day you throw the contacts lenses that you have been wearing straight into the bin along with all the muck & debris that have accumulated on the contacts during the day. With weekly or monthly disposable lenses you will have to always follow a strict cleaning regime. Occasionally people get lazy, forget when to throw out their contacts, use cleaning solutions past the expiry date or not clean their lenses properly which will lead to a higher risk of infections and blah blah problems.
