Can I wear my disposable contact lenses, which I normally change monthly, one hour a day for a year?
I just got new glasses, and if I wear my disposable contact lenses one hour a day for exercising and then the rest of the day wear glasses, it would seem crazy to me to throw away the contact lenses every month since I would only be wearing them for a fraction of the time. If you do the math, one hour a day compared to 15 hours a day of normal use, I could really wear them for 15 months. Is my logic faulty?

- I would think so. That does logically make sense. Say you exercise one hour every day of the month, which is thirty or thirty-one hours...that equals only two regular days of wear. I don't see anything wrong with it; it would seem like a waste to throw them out without them being used that often.
- be very careful with that notion...i used to work for three Ophthalmologists and 1 eye doctor....we seen cases of overuse that cost people their eye sight......at the minimum very painful issues...........
- Yeah, you probably can as long as they don't begin to rip from being put in and taken out so much.
- no.. i wore mine for 3 hours a weeek.. used 1 pair (monthlies also) for close to a year.
