Dailies Contact Lenses

What's the best disposable contact lens for a 13 year old who dances?

  1. I am 13 and I use O2 Optix which are 2 week disposable contacts and are $15 for a box of 6 contacts (3 pairs). You can find them at Costco. Every 2 weeks I change them for a fresh new pair. They are breathable and very flexable and stay in place all day! Good luck!
  2. Any contact lens can do the job, IF it is the right one for her. Once she has had her eye exam, it will be up to the Dr. to discuss the options available in her specific case, and then recommend the best type for her. There is no such thing as a " best" lens. One brand may be the best for one person, but not work at all for the next.
  3. As mentioned before, there is no best brand but I'm a big believer in daily disposables. There's no cleaning regime for kids (or adults) to follow, so they are safer. Check out J&J, Ciba, B&L, CooperVision & www.daysoftlenses.com They all offer quality lenses but make sure you both see the eye doctor for fitting and aftercare.
