Dailies Contact Lenses

Can i take a short sleep (2-3 hours) when wearing my monthly disposable contact lenses?

I know you are supposed to take them out each evening to clean/ disinefect them, but I sometimes take a nap in the afternnon.Do I need to remove my lenses before I nap?

1. It depends what you do when you wake up. When you do your contacts will feel rather dry. Your first reaction would be to blink a bunch really quickly. Don't do that, though it sometimes works, it often pushes the contacts out of your eyes... what you just have to do is blink a few times SLOWLY to get your contacts rehydrated without pushing them out of your eyes...
