How do I properly care for my Disposable contact lenses...?
I just started using disposable contact lenses about 2 months ago and still I don't know how to take care of them. I replace them every month but can you give me some do's and don't's?

- if they are disposable you can just throw them away once you are finish .. If you are think about going to normal lens then you have to use enymes cleaner on them once a week to prevent eye infections and eye drop to prevent dryness and
- I wear disposable contacts also. Remember to keep using clean new solution and never put your contacts back in dirty solution. And just disposing them in the trash is alright.
- Hi, I have monthly disposable lenses as well. I find that you have to wash them in your hand with a little bit of the solution before and after you use them. Always ensure that you store them in fresh solution when not in use and throw them out if they start to feel gritty or make your eyes watery. Other than that I would say that you just store them out of sunlight and never use them if you drop them or they come into contact with unsanitized surfaces. When you do have them in, don't touch them, wash your face or swim with them. A friend of mine was told by her doctor that there are water born amoebia that can trasfer on to the lense then into your eye and cause severe damage. On that nasty note: enjoy your lenses, horrah for freedom from glasses!!
- you know you can keep them a little longer then a month if you clean them I let my soak for 6 hours in some clear care
