Is there a designated Government agency to forward fraudulent e-maill attemts to?

I get ALOT of fraudulent e-mail attempts daily I'm not sure if this is a problem for the mass's but would guess for some more than others. Most are the traditional Nigerian Scams, some are from banks which look VERY legitimate, but lately I've been getting attempts from "soldiers in Iraq" which I feel is a new low. I would like (facts only)to know if there is a Government agency(s) to foreard these e-mails to.
