email spamming problems.?

I just need a little advice, my yahoo email keeps getting loads of messages daily from people wanting to share millions of nigerian royalties money with me to tracking numbers for parcels to fee statements from the years 2007-2008. Now i know they are rubbish because i have a company email that all my important stuff goes to. But these emails all well most of them have attatchments and i dont want to open the email but how can i stop them from being sent, most go into my inbox and i would say i have to empty my spam messages every other day... its getting ridiculous, should i just close my account?

1. open the mails that you don't want anymore. scroll down there will be an option UNSUBSCRIBE. click on that and you will stop getting these junk e-mails.
2. Never open them or unscribe to them, it just sends a message back to them that your email address is active. Then you get tons more from more phishers/scammers/spammers. All you can do is just delete them, mark them spam if in the inbox, if in the spam bin, just empty it. It's a pain, but that's all we can do. The government can not keep up with them as they constantly change their email addresses.
