Why do Chris Matthews and Keith Olberman continue to go after Sarah Palin with such zeal?

The election is long over; yet they continue to spend big segments of their shows devoted to attacking everything she says, said etc. I though once the tingle left their legs, they would become more human and go back to routine political news. And then there is CM latest comment on Morning Joe that he sees his most pressing "job as a journalist" to support Obama and everything he stands for. Does that include ongoing daily attacks on the Governor of Alaska.

1. The next election is just starting. They and the rest of the Media Liberals recognise the same qualities in Governor Palin that they saw in Ronald Reagan. Palin IS Reagan and they are responding to her in the same manner that their predicessors did to the Gipper. When Palin and McCain appeared in different cities, her crowds were larger that his. The 2012 race started even before the election of 08 started counting the votes.

The GOP hierarchy is now stabbing her in the back And handing her over to the liberal MSM sharks and the new renegade Fox news. Making her the blame for McCain failure to win the election. The Failure was in Republican Leadership. I would not vote for Sarah Palin for president,I do not believe she has the leadership or administration abilities to be president. What will Mathews be able to give his condescending looks of disapproval for? They are pathetic, that is why O'reilly beats both of them combined with his ratings.

15. Campaigning for 2012 will start in two years. The media want to continuously remind their viewing audiences that they don't like her and ridicule her. Heard rumblings about a possible match up between Hillary and Palin in 2012. The media is just trying to keep their opinions "alive". And, the Democrats are ruthless .... even when they get their way. Just look at what has happened to plain everyday people who spoke against them or questioned them. In Florida, the reporter who asked Biden some tough questions wasn't the only one punished -- they went after her husband and tried to character assassinate him. Joe the Plumber was accused by his state's child protective services, all Democrats. I am telling you, they are ruthless and vindictive.
16. Because......................wait for it............. "She deserves it " !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Calling the media jerks in public will not help your case even if you happen to be right. She just made it a sport to bash her with her latest comments. Sarah's 15 minutes of fame are almost over just like Joe the plumber or tax cheat or whatever he's calling himself these days.
17. Reporting on new things they find out about her is not an "attack". If it is true that she mistreated lower-level people who worked under her and coerced them to fund shopping sprees, this is a serious charge. It shows how she treats people in general, and it shows what kind of sense she has about how she is supposed to be spending other people's money. She arrived on the national scene with a well-deserved reputation for trying to destroy people who she sees as her enemies. I have no doubt that she would go after these people personally if she knew exactly who they were. And she wants to be President eventually. She is planning on running for Ted Stevens' seat in the Senate when he resigns or is expelled. So even though the facts will soon all come out and blow over (probably sometime after we find out how much of the total she is forced to pay in taxes), she is going to be putting herself under scrutiny in the future voluntarily. It is her choice. She thinks that citizens and media critics should be legally muzzled and prevented from criticizing her. That is fascism. I think Chris Matthews will "support Obama" by asking him hard questions to keep him honest. Sarah Palin has yet to take a single hard question, now has she?
18. It is the hallmark of liberal reporting. Hate, obfuscation, and invalid personal attacks. I have yet to see a piece on either show about William Jefferson. It helps them immensely in filling an hour show because it prevents actual reporting and or thought.
