Tipping in luxurious hotels such as Four Seasons?

How much tip are you supposed to give five star hotels such as the Four Seasons in Hawaii? Specifically, I would like to know how much tip to give to: 1. The person who helps you with the luggage 2. The person who takes you to your room 3. Daily maid service 4. If the breakfast is included, is the tip included as well? 5. What about the shuttle bus driver from the airport?

3. 1. $5-$10 depending on how many bags 2. $5 3. $5 a day and leave it each day as its usually someone different every day 4. Yes it usually does include tip, you can ask if you are not sure. If it is a buffet you should be fine but some people add additional if it is table service. 5. $5-$10 again depending on the number of your bags and if they helped you with them, which they usually do.
