what is this world? is this world real? what is? what isn't?
are we a everlasting dream, that someone else is dreaming of? Is there someone watching us? are we the only ones here in the whole lifetime? are we just a big movie someone is watching? is what we see real? what we do, is it real? is someone putting down the play by play of our daily actions in life? can we do something we have no idea about? are there aliens? is there another place to live besides earth? whats after death? recarnation? a new life? heaven? hell? ghosts? are we just part of a game? i wonder and wonder and wonder all these things...whats real, whats not? write down some of your wonders or what your opinions are...so many more questions i have... i do believe in god and every religion out there, i believe in every possiblity no i dont do drugs, im just creative and think way too much & im curious and i am loving life w/ my best friends, its perfect(in my defination not like everythings perfect but i like it that way, perfects over rated) i know there aren't any real answerd to this but i like to think about it and god isn't the one controlling us im happy that he/she gave us a mind of our own, we should be thankful for that, we can make our own desisions and have our own opinions and actions, but you just never know, right? he/she gave us something to ponder about and to believe in what we want to believe about, we have things to...well, ill be quiet now, just wanna hear some things... :) oh whoa, i have sooo many deja vus!(i dont know if its spelled right),way too many! HAHA, and sometimes i'd get a bit physic(get these visons)it's sooo weird, yet it just makes me wonder even more, plus are we just some experiment? but it doesnt matter i AM living my life happily everyday and do think of NOW rather then tommorrow or yesterday

- I think the word you are trying to think of is "Superstition"
- It will all make since after the weed loses its effects.
- i think your crazy... but its a good theory... hmmm... it gets you thinking hard doesnt it?
- Yea know, sometimes I wonder that too. We just have to live this life.
- God is real. He loves you. Don't worry about all of that.
- if someone else controls me, then they need to get their act together, seriously. Please, whoever out there is 'playing' me, just make my dream true, right? Who knows..eh? whatever it is, it's out there to be discovered. x
- everyday you wake up its a dream you wake up from. As your life goes by day by day so do the dreams until you really wake up (when you kick the bucket)
- You have alot of questions, all i can say is you have to find a lifestyle and live it. It can be religious ( this would answer alot of questions but with not much physical evidence ). Or u can live an atheist life, where u belive in a higher power but no general religion. It's good to ask questions but people dont have the answer to those yet.. thats why sometimes i wish i culd live for thousands of years to see and help change the future.
- whoa slow down there... those are obviously rhetorical questions that are all up to your imagination. just live your life!
- these are very tough questions. you can watch horton hears a who and get ideas from that. thats all i got to say.
- life seems to me one desha vu after another. i get weird feelings a lot that I can't describe, do you too? i don't know but don't do drugs cuz who knows wuts goin on but still drugs are bad
- ... couldn't you just read some Descartes? He answers most of these. Well, not about the movies, being born somewhat before them "I think therefore I am" is probably the most quoted of Descartes work and the basis of it is, is that anything that can be doubted, should be doubted. You cannot, however, doubt your existance as some kind of thinking entity (even if not in human form) because what would be doing or experiencing the thinking? Therefore, if you think, you are real. And you can know that. I, obviously, could not know whether you are real or a figment of my imagination. And vice versa. As for the others... I would suggest re-posting in the philosophy section (assuming there is one) and they will most likely be able to give well reasoned answers, this still being a favourite topic of philosophy. Psychology, as a science, works on empirical evidence. All senses, demonstrated fact, cause and effect, predicitive science and any other kind of evidence points to the existance of the o0bjective world. If you haven't already, I would strongly recommend you look into philosophy as something to study, you probably would enjoy it very much, and probably have the mind for it.
- What I would like to say is that life is looked upon in different ways by different people. I live my life the way I want to ive it. There is no one telling me what to do or how to do it. Your life is not a dream that someone is having it is your dream that comes true everyday. Meaning what you want to be in life. What is after death no one really knows everyone finds out when they get there. Try not to think about what happens next. Think of now TODAY not TOMORROW!! That is all i can say :] hope i helped
- You need couseling and you need God in yo life
- The one question that always seems to play my mind would be: Is the world in my eyes the same as the one you see? Guess we'll never figure out the answers to those questions. They seem very much philosophical: "Am I real?" If you try to find the foundation of truth in this world; it seems impossible. I mean our existence can be questioned as a dream; a hallucination, just a trick of the mind. Even mathematical concepts can't be completely true; I mean who says 1+1=2? Does it really? Are numbers real? Surely if this is all a dream, then so is everything that I'm doing or thinking. But then even if all this is; as you say: "an everalsting dream", then someone is dreaming it; therefore someone is imagining it. So the one thing you can count on is that someone is dreaming, imagining, thinking. So the only solid truth your left with are thoughts. That nothing exists without a single thought - that being the thought of this person who's dreaming this world we live in or some thought entirely different. As Descartes said: "I think, therefore I am"
- I wonder about these things so often.. they consume my mind for the majority of every day. I always wonder why we see no other life.. is it because our eyes are not made to see other things? for example, we are trying to find life on mars, but what if there is already a whole government and civilization functioning, but our "human" eyes cannot see them, and they cannot see us. I wonder about my existence.. I feel that I do not exist at times, like I could be walking with my friends or in the city, yet I am so small in this world.. so small, maybe I don't exist? I also wonder about where we go when we die and what our reason on life is.. why we have this once-in-a-lifetime chance to experience consciousness and emotions.
- OMG!!!!!!! finally someone who wonders the same things as me and one you didnt metion is ive wondered if we are just a lab experiment and there are "things" watching over us and taking notes
- The nature of this world depends on the creature who is observing it. A cat, a bug and a human may see the world very different ways. Some animals cannot see the colors at all (only black and white), some have poor eyesight and use other senses to observe it. We humans cannot hear all the noises of world either. Our physical structure does limit our ability to interpret our enviroment. Even colors exist only inside of our heads. Color depends on the wavelenght of the light (its colorless). Light reflecti from objects which our eyes observe and our brain interprets into a color, that we can see. Most of your questions none of us can answer. Of course there may be people who claim to know the truth, but the fact is that we cannot know where we are coming from, how this world actually is and where we are going. Remember that in the end it does not matter if world is fake or real... or just a game. It is fine whatever it is as long as you are happy with your life and have fun in this place we call the world. We cannot know what is waiting for us after we have died. Maybe there is nothing. Space is very wide and there are many unexplored areas. I believe, there's life somewhere in there, but I have no idea how advanced it would be. Possibly we cannot ever contact them, even if their culture would be more developed. We know that it is not impossible to create life, because we are alive by ourselves. Therefore we may not be the only "alive" planet. Life is a huge mystery and an adventure. We actually never know exactly where we are and what's coming up next. We humans cannot even know if there is such thing as god. All options are open. Mainly religions have been created to be used as tools for political power struggle and to keep certain institutions in power. Abilities of people to explain world are limited and they are scared. Therefore they need a charachter such as god to save them, because they are scared of the fact that we do not know what is coming up. It is comforting to try to rely on a charachter that does promise eternal life etc. Exactly what all people would want. There still may be a supreme being, but I just do not think we humans do know him, even if he would exist. Human religions are so mindless ( and full of unlogical errors) that I do not think such being would create anything like them and why he would even want our attention.
- You can't know if for sure, nobody can. It looks so real, feels so real, but you can't know. Rene Descartes: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Descartes Asked the same questions and he could only reach one conclusion: "I think, therefore I am" 400 years later, with all this technology, we can only reach the same conclusion he came with; nothing more. Many years ago I asked the same questions. Feel free to ask more questions.
- You're not crazy, deep down at one time in their lives all humans have thought something along these lines. I think about things like this all the time, especially when someone tells me something isn't real I start to think how do you know for sure we're not all figments of an imagination, not an experiment, not just here because we believe with all of our heart we exist, and now we couldn't really see where we really are because we're so caught up in our "world". Well I don't know but maybe humans just aren't supposed to know all the secrets because we wouldn't be able to handle it. But yeah feel free to email me if you want to talk about more questions cuz i know i certainly have more.
