What's a good casual PVP server in WoW?

I'm looking for a more laid back PVP server on WoW where I can still do some PVE without getting ganked every 30 minutes. Tichondrius is too nuts...anybody have any recommended PVPs servers where they enjoy some PVE but where ganking doesn't become a daily frustration?

1. Your best chance is to wait for a new pvp server to open up or try one with a Low population, if there even is one.
2. I played on The Underbog for awhile and didn't get ganked until I was in the high 50's. There was very little world PVP. Your best bet is to look for servers with lower population and a higher % of whatever faction you want to be. http://www.warcraftrealms.com/census.php
