Are TLC laser eye centers any good?

I'm thinking about getting LASIK eye surgery performed within the next few months and I was wondering if TLC laser eye centers were a good place to go and if thy have payment plans. Please let me know, thanks! :)

1. You should call them and ask all your questions, they will give you fantastic answers. My opinion is that they are money mills, but you have to judge for yourself.
