Dailies Contact Lenses

If I haven't worn contact lenses for ages (5 months) can i just start wearing dailies for up to 12 hours ?

Hi, i haven't worn lenses since towards the end of last year. Its my birthday this weekend and I still have a couple of boxes of dailies left, will it affect my eyes in any way if i wear them?

1. Hi It shouldn't be a problem to start wearing them again all day. Dailies are great. Just make sure they're not expired.
2. Actually, after not wearing any for that long you should start off a bit slower, like 4 or 5 hours the first day , then add 1 or 2 hours a day after. 12 hours is a long time to start with and liable to make your eyes very sore once you remove them.
