why is it important for the public sector to publicize vacancies in the dailies?

1. Every dollar the public sector spends is collected from the people as a tax or some kind of fee. For that reason, it is important that the public sector be transparent when they are spending those dollars--we deserve to see that they are not being wasted on favoritism or corruption.
