What could I take so I could focus more on my daily tasks?

Anything recommended for focus? I'm loosing focus very easily with my tasks at work, school and at home. I was told that Ginko Biloba is good, but also heard that's not true. Any recommendations?

  1. I just wanted to weigh in on Ginkgo Biloba. I had heard the same thing about ginkgo, but when I tried it for a few days I felt insane. Everything sped up...my heart, my rate of speech, my thoughts. I couldn't seem to slow myself down and I became distracted so much it was hard to function. My father took it for a week or so and he said he felt "foggy" all of the time. I dunno...it may just be some weird family trait or something. Ginkgo's supposed to help improve memory anyway, not help with concentration.
  2. There are lots of vitamins and supplements on the market that can help with memory. The most basic would be a good Vitamin-B Complex, which is pretty cheap and you can find them anywhere. Also, if you're taking a multivitamin, they come with a full assortment of B Vitamins (if you are not already on a multivitamin, that would be a good place to start). Also, fish oils. These can be found in liquid or capsule form. I prefer the capsules as they are easier to take and do not smell. You can find them at health food stores. Beyond that, you can look into specific individual ingredients like Ginkgo or Ginseng or Vinpocetine. These products can be found on their own at health food stores, or inside 'brain products' or 'mental supplements'.
