How Do I Level To 80 In WOW Faster?

I'm currently level 78 and the last two levels are a grind. Doing dailies mostly but what mobs and spots are the fastest, easiest to grind the last two out? I play horde by the way!

1. the quickest way is to team up with a buddy or 3 and do quests in icecrown. THe group quessts give double the xp.
