Can average disposable contact lenses melt onto your eyeballs if you fall asleep?

I am getting the normal disposable contacts ( Oasis ) and I'm worried if they'll melt or something of that sort if I fall asleep. Can someone confirm if this is true or not?

1. Yes it is true! No contacts should you sleep in. It is highly dangerous
2. The oasis contacts are not as bad to sleep in as their predecessors because they "breathe" better. I will confess that I have slept in mine much more often than I should, naps and overnight too. Fortunately, I haven't seen any ill effects YET. They will not melt into your eyes or move around to the back or get lost, but they will dry and stick to your eye. If that ever happens, either blink a lot to create moisture or put in some rewetting drops to help them gain moisture so you don't damage your eye taking them out.
3. No. I do this sometimes when I'm feeling lazy or camping or at a sleepover. Do not do this often, the lenses stay clean best when soaked in solution every night. When you open your eyes, blink blink blink until they move comfortably with your eyes. If that doesn't work, just put some rewetting drops in. Don't worry too much. It won't kill you.
4. they won't melt. contact lenses aren't cotton candy. but don't practice sleeping in them. put them in the solution when they're not in use so they can be cleaned.
