Whats wrong with Neopets dailies?

I went on The Daily Neopets this morning and it was fine. I tried it like five times this afternoon and it wouldn't let me. It said Internet can't display webpage. It continues to do this.

1. its cuz it sucks. and u shud refresh ur page and if that doesnt work, then the server is down. but seriously, it sucks
2. The server's probably down? Better find another site for now. :\
