Iam wearing contacts, soft lens disposable.can I remove and wear in the same day 2 times?

I am having soft disposable contact lenses and I wil throw away it in the same day I wore I am doubting if I can remove it and wear it in the same day bcoz for sleeping in the evening or can I have it sleepfor a little while?

1. You cannot sleep in soft contact lenses that are daily disposable. The material is too thin and not breathable enough. Once you have removed a daily disposable lens, it should not be worn again. You will need to put another lens in instead. Daily lenses are not designed to be stored and cleaned and re worn later. You might be better changing over to two weekly or monthly disposable lenses as these will allow you to do this
2. I do not know what type of disposable lenses you are wearing but for most types you can remove and wear up to 1 month as long as you keep them very clean. And I do not mean one month continually. You must remove your contacts every day, and especially when you go to bed. So you can remove those lenses as often as you want during the day - but handle very carefully and cleanly. If you have daily contact lenses they are for one day only. Never over wear your contacts - too many hours during the day or sleep in them. You must allow your eyes to get oxygen for several hours a day while your eyes are open (sleeping does not count). Take good care of your contacts and your eyes.
3. No, please don't. It will hurt your eyes. Especially if they are daily disposable ones. They are meant to wear it for a day. And for a soft contact lenses wearer, sleeping in them is also a no,no.
