  1. Daily disposable means that everyday you wear a new pair. (You throw the previous pair away). So, wear a new pair.
  2. The limit on a single wearing session is not the lenses, but the eye's tolerance to (relative) oxygen deprivation. Taking lenses out and immediately putting in a fresh pair will not help. Help with a wearing time on a long day: Build up to it: the two days before extend your normal wearing time by 2 and 4 hrs.... Don't suddenly present the eyes with a 6hr increase, if that's what they are going to be asked for. Don't put your lenses in immediately on waking. An hour (or more if timetable allows) between waking and putting the lenses in allows the oxygen levels to recover from sleep and has a considerable affect on tolerance towards the end of the day. If you really cannot manage a long wearing time, (those two "run-up" days may tell you) then allow at least an hour between taking out the old lenses and putting in the new ones: that "breathing space" is critical.
