WoW Specific Daily Quest for 80 in Northrend?

Could somebody tell me where to find the quest giver and the specific quest that would benefit an 80 warlock in Northrend in World of Warcraft? Thanks so much.

1. your question is ambiguous.. benefit a lock in what way. If its gear then different factions. going to K3 and doing the "they took our men" is a good place to start the chain "sons for hodir" rep. to get shoulder enchants.
2. Icecrown, northeast corner of the marp, there is a place called the argent tournament. nice dailies there. do them. also the sons of hodir questline in storm peaks is nice, get exalted and get nice shoulder enchants. do your daily heroic quests in dalaran found outside the violet citadel.
