How can you remove a seamen from contact lens without damaging it?

Don't judge me but my friend Oswald and I (he is 31 and I am 30) were having a contest to see who could ejaculate higher. We set up an intricate measuring system which include a yardstick and a mounted camera. During the contest I was looking down at my penis and accidentally shot it into my left contact lens. Should I remove the lens from my eye or keep it in and wash it out? My vision is blurry and it slightly stings. This was a stupid idea and I will never do it again.

3. I'm gonna try really hard not to judge you here... Take it out and wash your eye thoroughly with water for a few minutes. Throw your lenses away and if they're the permanent kind, go get a new pair! Obviously just tell your eye doctor that you misplaced them or something. I hope this helps!
