Can u take a nap while wearing daily disposable contacts?

i know that sleeping with daily disposable contacts is like making the biggest mistake..but what about napping?...if its no then ok..but if its yes then for how long? getting mixed answers here..

1. It is never recommended to sleep, nap, or do any kind of resting that involves falling into REM sleep. If done, the contact could tick to the eye, making it hard to see and hard to remove or worse it could fuse to your eye, requiring surgery to remove.
2. Taking a short nap should be perfectly safe. If not the lenses would not be safe to wear by anyone because people often doze off when they least expect it. If this caused harm they would have to take them off the market.
