Is there a website that will plan weekly menus for you?

I'm a nursing student, and I have a project to do in my nutrition class. I have to plan a menu for a family of 5 (pregnant mom, working dad, teenager, 8 year old, and toddler) for an entire month on a budget of $500..... AND I have to make sure that each person's nutritional needs are met daily. And include snacks. Wow, that's going to be tough. I need help.
