How to take care yearly disposable contact lenses?

I need some advice on how to take care of yearly disposable lenses since i got 2 pairs of them.... i don't wear them 7 days a week..maybe just 2 or 3 days at the max..i always wash my hands befor e inserting them and i also rub the lenses before i soak them in the solution..but i am just afraid that my eyes will still get infected =X, so guys..please offer me your advice and experience. =)

2. What you are doing so far is good! I would only add washing your hands before removing the lenses as well...make sure you place the lens in the storage case before you add the solution, that way your finger doesn't contaminate the solution you are going to store the lenses in. If you are not going to wear the lenses for 3 or more days in a row, I would suggest changing the solution (with clean hands of course)
