Daily disposable contact lens - What to get?

I have been wearing contact lens for the past 10 years or so. 21 this year. Main irritation due to dry eyes etc. Contact lens I've been wearing include Soflens 38 and 59. I wear them monthly as described by my optician (which when i checked online turns out to be fortnightly). I am thinking of changing to daily disposable lens. I have to wear them for about 14hours a day. Any good recommendations? Im currently looking at 1 Day Acuvue Moist but they are really expensive ;(

  1. Daily lenses are going to be expensive for sure....several hundred dollars more a year than monthly or two week lenses. No matter which brand. The dailys are lacking in quality because they don't have to last , but that means they don't always fit well. The only way to choose a good daily lens for yourself is to have your Dr. get you some trials. You may have to try out 2 or 3 brands before finding the one that works for you. Have you tried the Acuvue 2 ?...they are a 2 week lens, very thin , great for long hours of wearing in most cases. I feel it is still the best lens Acuvue makes....and has ever made.
