Dailies Contact Lenses

Can anyone tell me what is the equivalent daily disposable contact lens of Air Optix Aqua (monthly contact len?

Basically in the name.... Help would be much appreciated :) I have scoured the internet for the answer and have not yet prevailed :(

1. there isnt one. air optix aqua is a silicone lens. there is only 1 silicone "daily"...acuvue trueye. ciba (air optix manufact) has 2 dailies: ciba dailies & ciba dailies aqua comfort plus. dont let the name fool you, just b/c it contains the word "aqua", aqua comfort plus is pretty much nothing like air optix aqua edit: Footprintz - I agree there never really is an "equivalent" in contacts. doesnt it make you laugh when someone tells you about "house brand" or "generic" contacts? i had some wal-mart employee tell me on the phone that they sold someone ultraflex b/c it was the "generic" version of the lens I Rx'd for that patient (purevision). i literally laughed out loud. uhhh yeah those 2 lenses are pretty much nothing alike.
2. No clue what you mean by " equivalent "... Every brand is different , especially the daily lenses from any other type. Apples and oranges , pears and grapes, monthlies and dailies.... In contacts , there never really is an equivalent. We never know how a specific brand will work until it is tried on . EDIT : That's a good one Prince , not all that surprising when you consider the source though. I'm sure they take " dumb-down " courses to work there because they come out with things that are very strange. Like at LC.....instant brainwashing somehow to un-learn what licenced people should know.
