How do you know which is the correct side of the contact lens to put on your eyes?
The thing is I just got this pair of disposable lens and both sides look the same shape to me. Or does it matter?

- When you put it on your finger, it should look like a bowl before you put it in your eye. If it's inside out, it will look like a bowl with a lip on the sides.
- It does matter! Put the lens on the tip of your finger. it SHOULD look like a bowl or a cup. The top of the lens will look like it is turned in. That's the correct way. If the lens looks like it has an edge or an outer ridge that's facing out, that's the incorrect way. If you put the len in wrong it will feel like it's scratching your eye.
- hold the Len's between your finger and thumb gently hold it together it will curve into an arch if its the right way and if its wrong it will not curve at all it does matter in which way it is if your unsure take it to any opticians who will tell you for free and ask them to show you how to get it right next time . happy lens wearing lol
- the contact have a deeper dip on one side if you put the wrong side in you'll know it it hurts and your eye pushes it out
