Can I still wear my contact lens?

I got disposable contact lenses and yesterday morning one of them fell out. I found it this morning on my computer, but it was all dry. I can't get to the eye doctor until Monday. If I soak the lens in saline, can I still use it?

1. it is not a good idea,as it will be full of bacteria,and you may get an eye infection. it also may not be comfortable.but guess you can try!
