is it safe to wear a 1 yr pair of contact lens or is it better to just wear a disposable one?

disposible i think cause what if u loose the contacts and wearing them over and over is grose to me
Sure it's safe. I did for a long time, but I guess the "in" thing right now are the disposable ones you get rid of after a month or so. A problem with the 1 year pair is that they tend to get calcium deposits, but it can be cleaned with an enzyme cleaner. I guess the disposable ones are just easier to deal with overall. Good luck!
disposable ones are probably your best bet, because what if one of your contacts get contaminated? you'd probably have to get more. and i dont know how expensive those things are. i like disposable ones because if you lose one, or mess up one, then you have more backups...to each his own though
