Dailies Contact Lenses

Disposable Contact Lenses (Dailies) - Do I need to soak them before use?

I have never used contact lenses before so I am completely clueless. I plan to wear dailies for St Patrick's Day, and I can't find information on whether I should soak them before I use them. Thanks :-)
