How do I get a cosmetic contact lens prescription?

How do I get a contact lens prescription? This is not vision altering, just cosmetic. I would like to hear a semi-detailed explanation of what it would take to semi-quickly get a contact lens prescription so I can buy them online. Thank you.

1. If it's not vision altering try going to a eyecare place and ask what they can do about cosmetic contacts. They will explain it all to you. If cosmetic as I think your thinking in(the contacts with colors and stuff that doesn't alter vision but looks cool by changing eye color) you should be able to order without prescription. They might send supplies to take care of them if not again, go to eyecare center and see if they can help, all in all the eyecare center will most likely be your best bet. They know about eyes and it wouldn't count as a doctor visit unless you need tests done on your eyes for it and they can supply u the cosmetic lenses.
