The Real World Casting Black People?

How come whenver the real world casts Black people on the show, the Black guys are really really dark and the Black girls are really light or mixed...How come there has never been any dark skinned chicks on that show????.... 1. There has been dark skinned women on The Real World Heather B. from the very first season http://www.gritsncheese.com/Quickstart/ImageLib/Monica_and_Heather.JPG Heather is the one in the pink and gray. I saw the Hollywood cast of the RW and there is a dark skinned black woman.
2. I am glad they don't. That show is a disgrace and i'm glad no dark-skinned black girls are disgracing themselves on there.
3. I don't remember if there have been any dark skined girls except for Heather B from season 1 but at the end of the day it is a show and needs ratings so maybe someone at the network thinks that the skin tone of the woman make a difference. I personally think that there haven't been enough black people on the show male or female.
4. stop complaining, if your so worried about it why dont u audition?
