Who is the BEST and cheapest for laser eye surgery in southern california?

I am really scared and don't want to ruin my eyes. lol I live in the Inland Empire Area. Any advice would help. I am looking at The Laser Eye Center and TLC. TLC is way more expensive... is it worth it?

1. It's not very often that "best" and "cheapest" go together...I would focus more on the best part and less on the cheap part. You only have one set of eyes...
