Is Y!A a smaller scale of the real world?

Do people really have this much hatred towards each other? There's a LOT of negativity from everyone to everyone, even between people from the same faith! In your daily life, do you see people as you see them here? Are you this disrespectful to other religions? Or are you doing it here just for fun? I haven't seen anything but hostility and it's affecting me personally because I didn't think people see me this way. I didn't think people hated Muslims that much! I live among you people and treat you with all respect and along your side I try to make a difference in my community and change things to the better. Y!A made me so sad everyday. Are you really that mean in real life? Do you really hide how you feel about others not sharing your same belief? Thanks! Your answers made me feel better! :)

2. Nah. The Internet is like that, people say things that they keep to themselves in real life because they don't want to hurt people or start a fight.
3. No; for one thing, the real world is not nearly this heavily weighted toward children and teenagers. That accounts for a lot of the garbage that you see here. It DOES take time to grow up and learn to act like civilized human beings.
4. I don't hate muslims, people often confuse muslims with radical/extremest muslims.

6. I don't have a problem with people of any religion. It's the individuals that I really don't get along with. And most of the time, it tends to be Christians. I usually defend Muslims because some idiots consider them all to be terrorists, which is so far off the mark that it is almost funny. Almost.
7. I don't hold much hatred for other religions. I don't really attack religion at all. I get annoyed with many of the people on here spewing their hatred (and it appears you are exasperated by it as well). I will freely tell someone in real life or on the internet when they are being stupid, or when I just do not like them, But that's mostly just not liking their attitude.
