Is there a colon cleanse program to help me get rid of parasites eating my food?!?

I have had irregular bowl movements forever now. About 6 months ago I became allergic to milk/ dairy products. I have all the symptoms of someone with VERY serious intestinal parasites.I have no insurance, and cannot go see a doctor. I have tried natural remedies....including the master cleanse. It is effecting my daily life in such a drastic way. Over the last year I have felt very sick... Help.
