Flat abs in one and a half months, help?

I am 13, turning fourteen in august, I'm 4' 11'' and I weigh 105 around there I'm always a different weight I'm usually around 102-107 but I'm currently 105. I want to be fit this summer I haven't been doing much and for school I'm gonna be in soccer, Plus I really want a flat stomach and toned thighs. Is there any way to do this in one and a half months of at leastt be half there in that time? If you can help, including a daily schedule such as eating times & what to work on would be nice. Thanks(:

  1. eating times: small meals every 3-5 hours. cut red meat and saturated fats, those things tend to stay in your stomach longer :/ what to work on: core exercises such as squats, lunges, and planks (search youtube for ideas)
  2. Run about 4-5 miles everyday :) Make sure you have the right shoes. Spikes or Reebok RunTone running shoes should help (: I got mine a month ago and since I had them, I've been running 5 miles everyday and so far these are my results: - Lost about 10 pounds of fat. (I can practically see my abs) - I feel stronger - I'm a lot less tired in the morning. - I love my muscled legs right now. Well, they we're already muscled since I'm naturally really big-boned but now they're more muscled. So, running helps alot :) - Gained 13 pounds of muscle (This is different for everyone depending on the type of body you have. I'm really big-boned, I have a body that's 72% muscle and I'm a mesomorph and a endomorph) Also, you can eat almost anything as long as it's not too fattening. I eat a huge bowl of Cinnamon Toast Crunch in the morning and about 2 hours before I go to sleep. During the day I just eat a regular meal. Then go jogging for 30 minutes. Believe it or not, this is all coming from a FULLY-OVER DEVELOPED, 120 pounds, 12 year old. Hope I helped :) Best of luck ! Message me if you need anything ♥ - Emmaneeemm ;] ♥
  3. Everyone has a problem spot. It can be around the stomach, thighs, arms or chest. No matter where your trouble spot is, the solution is exactly the same. You need to eat less and exercise more. The reason why there's only one solution for all of these problems is because it's impossible to tell your body where to burn the excess fat from. When you eat too many calories, your body stores the excess energy as fat in different areas around the body. To lose this fat, you need to create a calorie deficit (eat less than you burn) to force your body to start burning that fat for energy. There is absolutely no way to control where your body goes to find this extra fat. The larger your calorie deficit (a bigger calorie deficit means a bigger difference between what you eat and what you burn) the faster your body will burn excess fat and the quicker your body fat percentage will start to decrease. You can increase your calorie deficit by cutting your daily intake and exercising more. Sit ups will do nothing to target the fat around your abs just like squats will do nothing to target the fat around your thighs.
