I'm 14 years old and a guy, and a very athletic runner usually running 4.5 miles+ daily, but today i have alot of homework so i don't have time to run. My meal plan usually includes 4 - 5 meals daily such as. Breakfast 7:00am - usually around 300 - 350 calories tops Lunch 12:00pm - usually 350 calories Snack 4:00pm - usually under 150 calories Dinner 7:00pm - usually pretty big, around 450 - 550 calories and (sometimes dessert) 8:00 - 8:45pm - varies from 100 - 300 calories depending on mood and so far today i've only had about 1300 calories, i've had about 60g of fiber and 70g of protein and about 250 carbohydrates from all the fruits and veges i eat. My question is should include dessert in my meal plan or not? If so what's a healthy dessert to you guys, i had some yogurt when i got home as a snack so i can't eat yogurt again :p
