I want to know if It's possible for me to wear colored contact lens if there's nothing wrong with my vision? I want to know if colored contact lens are only for People with bad eyesight?

yes you can wear colored contacts even if you have 20/20 vision, its not only for people with bad eyes. My sister wears them all the time. :]
I'm pretty sure they make non-prescription colored contacts. Look it up online.
You certainly can wear colored contacts. We have many requests for this in the OD office I work in. You do need to see your doctor for a proper fit since contacts vary alot and a bad fit can be damaging to your eyes. Your doctor will likely determine the best fit and allow you to try several colors in that category. Have fun ! Oh ...NEVER buy them at a clothing store or flea market. Its illegal for them to be sold that way and you risk alot with your eyes.
