Find the Spell book on Neopets?

I've followed all the steps on The Daily Neopets Altador Plot walk through, however I cannot find the spell book. I've gotten the coordinates right, I've used my own URL, my X and Y come out to be 17,10, I've clicked on all the books, still nothing..I don't understand what I'm doing wrong, if anyone can please please help me out it'd be much appreciated.

1. Hmmm I guess you will just have to repeat the process all over again. The constellations change over time so if you took too long to work it all out, the coordinates would have changed. Go back to the very beginning and get the coordinates again, then go here http://www.thedailyneopets.com/altador-plot/spellbook-finder/ There are many websites available to help you, trust me it is not impossible you will be able to do it, just have patience, I completed it around a year and a half ago =) If you need extra help you can neo mail me, my username is flamieamiexxx
