what brand of eyeliner and mascara thats safe to use if you have contact lens?

brands that i can buy in walgreens or CVS. and is it okay to remove your makeup first before removing your contact lense? i use the almay oil free eye makeup remover. its says that its good for contact lens wearers.

4. NEVER remove your eye makeup before taking out your contact lenses. Even with the "safest" mascara, you're only askin' for a lot of irritation! It can also damage your soft contact lenses. In that case, it's safe to use any mascara. My only suggestion is to avoid waterproof. It is must too difficult to remove, even with a strong makeup remover. I've worn contact lenses for two years and continue using Maybelline mascara. I've never had a problem!
5. I think that every product is fine. I have contacts and I wear a lot of eyeliner and I have never had a problem. My favorite eyeliner is prestige because is glides on smoothly and It stays on the inside of my eyes. I love eyeliner!
6. always remove your contacts before taking off eye make-up. i use almay eyeliner and diorshow mascara. i've used covergirl mascaras in the past.
7. Sometimes when I have contact lenses, I wear Revlon 3-D mascara and it is fine.
