How do I make my thin, flat hair fluffy and airy?
As stated in the question, my hair is thin and flat and refuses to cooperate. My daily routine includes a shower and a quick blow dry session. Instead of the limpness I typically encounter, I want my hair to be flow-y and airy and fluffy! How do I achieve such a feat? I'd like a quick fix so I can impress a cute boy in my Spanish class tomorrow. Please help me?!

- Impress him with your Spanish.
- I always had the best results with putting a bunch of the strongest mousse in damp combed hair, then blow-drying upside down bending over with a diffuser on the hair dryer. Once it's dry, comb through lightly with a wide tooth comb, do the upside down trick again and flip your hair back and smooth into place. I grew up in the 80's, but I can also tell you that this trick doesn't work if there's any chance of your hair getting wet in the mist or rain. The 80's were all about fluffy hair. Also, try the Beauty section here, and you might get better answers there than from a 38 year old. :)
- Well I think you need to shampoo it in El-Dino Chav and back-comb it until it's kinda sticky. You can then achieve a fluffiness by 'fluting' it until a fuzzy, briny gloss comes over it. But I have been told you can wash it in Guinness and thicken it with soy sauce. This gives it a much harder feel but it looks gorgeous. The last time I did that, somebody thought I had just been to a fish and chip shop . . .
