Contact lens cleaning?

I've been using two week disposable contact lens for a few years now. My friend recently bought the ones that last 30-days and says since she has a ton of trouble putting them in, her sister tells her to leave it in for a whole month, even to sleep. Is this safe for her to do so? Doesn't she have to at least give them a rinse to sterilize once a day?
