dont know whats wrong?

I have been experiencing double vision, headaches daily, bad memory, nausea, i have real trouble finding words to say, and i find it hard to write down what im thinking, i think of the word im going to write, and it comes out different. I have always had a photographic memory, and it seems to be failing. I dont know whats wrong. i have had the nausea for about a year, and the visual symptoms have been there for a few months, and the headaches have slowly gotten worse.

1. Why are you asking on this site?.You should go to your doctor-quickly. Your symptoms are similar to a stroke. You need to get a MRI scan.
2. You seriously need to go hospital, like, right now.
3. I was going to say that it sounds like stroke symptoms. Call your doc and tell them your symptoms and see if they say to go to the E.R. ASAP.
4. Get to your Doc!!! A.S.A.P. !! You need a c.a.t. scan!!!
5. sounds like alot of symtoms to ANXIETY or stress....it can have a big in pact on your life!! i wouldnt worry to much about it you will only stress yourself out even more!! talk to ur doctor about your symtoms...he or she always knows best
