SOHCAHTOA in the real world?

2. allot of jobs in business or technology uses allot of trig one that uses it daily is a train pilot
3. Surveying and structural engineering, it was used by pilots to calculate the distance from the ground and for the landing.
4. I'm not sure about a daily basis, but on a regular basis trig is used by engineers and scientists. You've probably noticed that math builds on itself. Trig uses algebra and geometry and trigonometry, in turn, is used by by higher level mathematics (e.g., Calculus).
