neopets daily dare not letting me collect my prize?

I have been able to collect my other prizes, but why can't I get this one. I click on it like all the other times and all it does is refresh the page. Any suggestions?

1. Srry, cant help you there... it does the same thing too me! Maybe its a false, saying win big nps here, but then.... zip zilch!
2. I have this same problem. Send neopets feedback about it. They will probably have it fixed soon. There's no one there to fix things right now so wait until Tuesday or so before trying again.
