1. There is no way of getting a free paintbrush (unless you get lucky and have a Random event givin' you it, or if someone gives one away) You can get free NP from the money tree and monthly freebies.
2. Quit being a cheap ass and go earn your own neopoints.
3. The only possible way is making trainers for their games. Or you could download them here: http://darkztar.com/forum/downloads.php?do=file&id=107 That's one for Pterattack, it cheats for you. Use at your own risk. Before using that, just as a precaution, I recommend creating a new account and using it to get rich on that one. To get more trainers from there you have to sign up and post on their forums a lot.
