Where are the best Happy Hours in Orange County, California?

I'm looking for the ones that have great deals or that go beyond 6pm or 7pm such as the following: Monday: Maki Maki at the Irvine Spectrum $2 draft beers and half price sushi all night long Tuesday: Chronic Cantina at Triangle Square in Costa Mesa Half price appetizers until 6pm and $2 draft beers and margaritas all night long Wednesday: Black Angus at the Irvine Marketplace (Jamboree) Half price drinks and appetizers all night long Thursday: ??? Don't know of any place that has all night specials. Do you? Monday - Friday: Daily Grill Irvine, just off Jamboree near Michelson 4pm - 7pm $2.95 appetizers in the bar including their yummy chicken pot pie which is practically a meal in itself and draft beers for about $3 McCormick & Schmicks Irvine on Main Street 4pm - 6pm and 9pm - 11pm no drink specials but appetizer specials are $2 and include a cheeseburger & fries, quesadillas & more Mai Tai Bar Long Beach on Shoreline Drive $6 pitchers 4-7pm & 8-11pm.

1. Dave and Busters at the Spectrum has a happy hour from 5-7pm and then again at midnight to closing (or something like that, they have 2 happy hours). Wahoos has $1 beer of the month, The Lazy Dog cafe in HB has $2 drinks on Thursdays (I think it's called college night), but it's been awhile since I've lived in OC, so I can't remember it clearly.
2. Any Joe's Crab shack has Happy Hour Mon-Fri from 3pm to 7pm. Draft Beers are 2 dollars and appetizers are 25 cents to 50 cents each!
3. Try this site: http://www.happyhourinfo.info El Torito (any of them) have happy hours that go until 8pm. But, I like their Taco Tuesdays best because they have schooners of Dos Equis amber all evening long at happy hour prices. And $1 tacos all night on Tues.
