How much daily physical activity do I need to maintain my weight? I am a 17 year old male, 5`10``, 136 pounds.

- It is said that minimum should be 30 min of cardio 3 times a week to maintain. At least 30 min 5 times a week to lose.
- A lot of it is what you eat too. If you are eating garbage, more. Just stay active. It's summer...do a sport or get out and ride a bike or something
