2. i personally loved it, i worked as a pastry chef for three years for a large family waterpark resort in wisconsin. I loved making all those gooey sweets and treats. Even the specialty stuff I would make it was difficult at times, but so much fun...my best creation was a ginger bread house that stood nearly 1 1/2 foot tall...
